Step 1
We accept skaters of all ages and skill levels, including children, youth, and adults. No prior experience is necessary, as our program includes a "Learn to Skate" component. For experienced speed skaters, we offer expert coaching and a short track training.
Includes learning to skate, participation in the Skills Program, and club activities like monthly time trials or "race days."
All mandatory gear is required, though suit rental is not available.
Recreational
Competitive
Includes everything in the recreational registration, plus eligibility to participate in any competitions the club attends.
Competitors can choose which events to register for, with coaches available for advice.
Required gear includes a helmet cover for each competition.

Step 2
Tuesdays & Thursdays
Where: Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex
Time: 3:45 PM - 5:30 PM
3:30 PM: Mats are set up on the ice.
3:45 PM - 4:30 PM: Reserved for lower-level skaters.
After 4:30 PM: Higher-level skaters join for integrated activities, followed by the dismissal of lower-level skaters.
Race Days: On race days, lower-level skaters remain on the ice longer, and higher-level skaters begin at 3:45 PM.
Higher-level skaters are required to attend the full practice, assist with setting up mats, participate in dry land training, and help remove mats after the session.
